Beginning user. Was highly proficient in Fireworks in the old days. Can’t figure out how to cut out (then paste) a simple rectangle from a PNG I’m modifying. The rectangle cutout tool has been an absolute basic tool for every program I’ve ever used, but I’m not smart enough to find its equivalent here…!
