Frosted glass effect

I would like to add matte texture to shapes. So designers can utilise the feature to make iOS app

1. The glass rectangle has a black and white shade with 30% of opacity.
2. The other shape are split in two parts. At one of parts it is applied a blur.
3. Then put the glass rectangle on top of the other shapes.

It’s a good method. But it would be more convenience if there’s a button to do this.
