Really frustrated all of my illustrations disappeared. Subscribed to Illustrator… Really bad form.
Hi @Delightend I’m very sorry to hear this has happened. While I can understand your frustration, I’d love to help you and see if we can retrieve your files.
We have found out that during the Linearity Cloud migration, some users ended up with their files both on our cloud but also on their device. Have you tried to do a file name based search or sometimes the recovered files are located in the app libraries.
Regardless of your choice moving forwards, I’d still like to assist you to see what has happened.
