Hi @user1 I’m sorry to hear the issue. In order for me to understand it better, can I ask a few things:

  • Which device are you using Linearity Curve on?
  • Is your app and your system up to date?
  • Have you saved your file on Linearity Cloud or locally?
  • Is this a file missing issue or file itself is corrupt?

I’d recommend checking your library on Mac or Files app on iPad to see if any auto-recovery files are there.
