Fontinator on iPhone

Hello,

I’ve been using Vectornator on my iPhone for the last 6 months, and I recently couldn’t install new fonts from Fontinator as it was before. As I remember the problem came after I updated my ios to 15.

Hope someone can help to solve my problem.

Hi Candra,

Thanks for reporting this issue. Can I ask you to provide a screenshot of the error message you are receiving?
We currently have one known issue that is related to the font import process, sorry for the inconvenience. We are working on solving it. In the meantime, you can use any other app to install custom fonts on your device.

As an additional info; I’m using iPhone 7+.

I have forwarded all the information to the team, we will be working on solving this issue. Please feel free to use any other app to install custom fonts on your device while we fix the problem.

Hi Oksana,

I’m currently using another app to install fonts on my iPhone. Thanks for the advice.

However I’m still hoping Fontinator will be fixed, soon.
