Paid for the year but no access to linearity move

Help! As the title says, I’ve paid for the year and when I tried accessing Move it says I’ve exceeded my limit of 3 files and to upgrade?? What’s going on?!

Hey @Faz, I’m sorry to hear about the confusion and inconvenience you’re experiencing. Let’s try to sort this out together. Firstly, could you please double-check that you’re logged into Linearity Move with the same account you used to purchase the subscription?

To check your account details, tap on the ‘Account’ button, which you’ll find in the top right corner of the main screen. Look under the Profile section to see which email is associated with your account. If everything seems to be in order but the problem persists, a re-login might help.
