When moving a layer, it moves one layer upwards.
I am using Vectornator 4.8.1, iOS 15.4.1, iPhone mini 13.

Can you please outline the behaviour you would expect from moving a layer? Is the ability to drag a layer to any location in the stack not functioning for you?
If you could provide any screen recordings etc. that would be extremely helpful!
