Export as SVG -- just the object(s)?

I have a document that is significantly larger than my art.

When I export as SVG, the resulting SVG has the full document dimensions.

I’d like to export to the dimensions of just the art/objects. (I’ve tried selecting the objects before exporting but I still get the entire document/artboard.)

Is this possible?

Hey @jstein , have you already tried to export layers? Are you encountering the same issue?

Hi. Open layers, find the object or layer or a group that you want to export, do a long press on it to open a context menu where you can export.

On the Mac it’s the same flow, just right click on an object > export to.
