Hi @Sting, and welcome to Vectornator Forum there is not default feature but you can apply a mask on the picture.
I suggest you to take a look at Vectornator Mask - YouTube.

although what you posted is true, the application of a mask does not allow one to vectorize the photo within the mask… and such a feature would be amazing. As of now, unfortunately, the only way to vectorize a specific part of a photo would be to crop it before uploading to Vectonator.
