SVG comes out smaller than what I made

Hey!

So I made a Libbey cup wrap with a width of 24cm and height of 11cm, however when I export it and upload it into Cricut Design Space it gives me an image of 3.4cm in width and 1.4cm in height.

I’ve tried making a bigger image, exporting it without responsive, without keeping Vectornator attributes and text outline but it also does the same thing.

Does anyone know why this is happening and if there is something I can do to export with the right size please? :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

This is the first project I’ve done in Vectornator so not sure if I did something wrong :sweat_smile:

Could you please confirm if this issue persists if you upload the Vectornator file to software other than Cricut Design Space?

If the same problem arises elsewhere, then we can confidently say that the issue lies within the Vectornator file and we’d be happy to look into it for you if you wouldn’t mind fowarding the .vectornator version of the document.
