Program always freezes and stops working when I use boolean

Hi,

I am having problems with the program. Whenever I try to use boolean to mash the pieces together, it starts buffering and then stops working completely.

Hello Helen. I am not able to provide the crash report since it is automatically sent to apple, but I can show you the process of how it happens. I tried both on my macbook pro and my iMac. Both do the same thing.
